"Although I could fall again, my life is more balanced, work is not so all-consuming now because I have a partner. I look back at some of the covers we did as the Spice Girls and I think I looked hideous. It freaks me out I couldn't see it at the time. I look at all these young girls bands coming up and you can just see them suddenly get smaller and more madeover and perfect. I really feel for them." If she could go back to the day when she turned up to audition for the Spice Girls, would she do it all over again? "Definitely. I remember going to a party once in LA and the room was full of all these movie stars like Cameron Diaz and Drew Barrymore, and everyone was just looking at us and pointing, look, there's a Spice Girl. "You get used to being the most famous person there and now I don't get that, but it's a good thing really. It was an amazing thing to have done. I'm part of history. I'll be able to show my children the cover of Rolling Stone magazine and say, 'Look, that was mummy!'"
